CT&C provides assistance to Community Associations in all
areas of operations, resident relations or management.
CT&C will assist small associations as required to provide
solid management expertise. This provides expertise only where
it is needed and becomes an affordable alternative to full service
management.
CT&C can step in and immediately assume control over the
management duties and establish stability with staff and residents.
Marj Peterson's depth of experience allows this unique capability
in even the most stressful conditions. Interim Management assignments
can provide filling in for vacations, illness and staff turn
over.
CT&C will act as a consultant to the Board in all association
matters both on a monthly basis or as needed.
Marj Peterson has served on many boards as a neutral director for a many community associations. These services are available to associations that need a neutral director or as a court-appointed provisional director.
