Membership Meeting Administration
CT&C will administer the meeting of the association to assure it is in compliance with the documents and law. CT&C's skill in facilitating large groups provides a more harmonious environment in difficult settings. Services include serving as Inspector of Election and Recall Meeting Facilitation.

Management Audit
CT&C provides management audit services to include the full operations or only the portions which the Board of Directors are concerned.

Resident Relations Consulting
CT&C assists the Board in bringing the "community" back into their community association. A review of the community's methods of operating and communications are completed to provide assistance to the Board in solving difficult resident issues.

Resident/Owner Surveys
CT&C assists the Board in preparing resident/owner surveys. These surveys can help the board of directors in long range planning decisions. Surveys can be gathered and proccessed either manually or electronically.

Professional Board Member
CT&C provides assistance to associations that are currently without board members and unable to fill the open positions and can act as a neutral director or as a court-appointed provisional director.

Management Agent or Services Transition
CTC provides full services in assisting Boards create appropriate specifications of services required and bid let packages. The Request for Proposal (RFP) services include contracting assistance and start up and transition from existing services.
