CT&C provides assistance to CID (Common
Interest Development) Developers in creating a workable association
on paper. CT&C works with the developer and their legal
representatives in assuring that the creation documents work
for the community under development.
CT&C will act as the developer Board member and/or the Architectural
Review Committee Chair and represent the interest of the developer
during developer control.
CT&C provides consulting on the best
type of management for the community and the search to fill
the management function. Whether it is On-site, management contract
or consulting, CT&C finds and provides transition assistance
to the management team with the residents.
CT&C provides an extensive resident transition program,
which includes the creation of the social fiber of the community
through social and educational events in preparation of the
turn over of control. This program includes the turnover meeting
supervision and facilitation.
CT&C provides a program for the training of the new Board
to assure they understand their role and the regulations binding
them to their duties. CT&C provides the communication
link to avoid CDL (Construction Defect Litigation).
