CT&C provides assistance to
developers of senior and RCFE (Retirement Community for the Elderly)
communities in establishing programming and services as well as
the operations. CT&C assists in establishing the marketing
program to match the community and establish the marketing plan
and staffing.
CT&C will act as the project
manager in the start up of the community to include the establishment
of the community's service package, fill up program, hiring and
training of staff.
CT&C will provide an extensive search
for the On-Site Manager to include testing to assure a match to
the corporate culture and community's personality.
CT&C provides management audit
services in all areas of the community's operations. The Board
can select the areas of management or leadership that they wish
to be included in the audit.
