Strategic Planning Facilitation
CTC facilitates Boards and Managers through the planning process. From the basics to the continuum of the process, CTC will provide concepts, guidance and direction to assure the planning process is understood and gains acceptance by the community. The planning program is designed to meet the needs of the community or CTC can facilitate one of the following planning workshops:
